Love Letters to my Mexican Heritage

These works search to create a connection with our Mexican heritage by using materials rooted in the feminine and masculine processes of our ancestors. We elevate each work by the union of our identities, commonalities in our personal histories and concepts within our artistic practices. Through the integration of fiber and plaster woven together with indigo we write these love letters to our Mexican heritage.
