Entre Tejido, Pliegues y Yeso Vessel presents a gathered, ruched surface drawn from garment construction and regional fiber practices. Influenced by early explorations in fashion design and summers spent sewing with her mother and grandmother, Curiel translates intimate domestic gestures into plaster and industrial material. The vessel moves between functional object and sculpture, honoring legacies of craft, labor, and family.

This functional vessel includes a fixed glass insert for fresh florals or vegetation. Water should be added only to the glass insert. To remove water, absorb it with a sponge or suction tool. Do not tilt the vessel or pour water out from the piece. An additional waterproof liner may be used if desired for easier maintenance.
