Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of original relief paintings and collectible designs, all sales are final and non-refundable. This studio does not accept cancellations or returns.

Damages
Please inspect your work upon arrival. Any damage incurred in transit must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be considered.
Retain all original packaging materials, including the shipping label, and email detailed photos of the damage and packaging to studio@monicacuriel.art.

Depending on the circumstance, eligible claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit at the studio’s discretion. We only replace or repair items that are defective or damaged in transit.
